BASE-UK - AGM CONFERENCE 2023 - DAY 1 - ALASTAIR LEAKE

Alastair will be presenting on The Allerton Project - 30 years of farming with the environment. Since 1992 the Allerton Project Team have been working to research and demonstrate that productive farming and environmental enhancement can co-exist harmoniously. The Project increased crop yields whilst simultaneously songbird numbers doubled. More recent work has focussed on soil health, agro-ecological approaches, and on-farm carbon management.
